Welcome to the Asphalt Pavement Association of California
The Asphalt Pavement Association of California is a California non-profit trade association composed of Hot Mix Asphalt Producers, Asphalt Refiners, Asphalt Paving Contractors and Affiliated companies serving the California market. The association offers a full range of services to the construction industry and the community.
What's New: APACA - CalAPA Unification Approved!
The much anticipated and long overdue merger of the two asphalt associations in California has recently been approved by the two respective Boards. Both Boards of Directors met independently last month to discuss and vote on the proposal. The measures passed both Boards with little opposition. The target date for the two associations to begin operating as one is January 1, 2012.
A transition team has been formed and will be working diligently to work out the final details that will take effect on January 1st.
